Notes: Linder (1929) redefined the generic concept of Helicosporium. Goos (1989) reviewed the status of Helicosporium species and redefined the generic concept including species with hyaline conidia whose filaments do not exceed 3 μm diam. Lu et al. (2018b) reviewed all Helicosporium species, redefined the generic concept, and accepted 13 species and excluded 25 species from this genus.
