Basidiomata annual, resupinate. Hymenophore tuberculata or poroid; hymenial surface vivid or bright-colored. Hyphal system monomitic, generative hyphae with clamped connections, IKI–, CB–; tissues becoming vinaceous brown to black in KOH. Basidiospores colorless, thin-walled, smooth, broadly ellipsoid to short cylindrical, which are acyanophilous, in-amyloid, and non-dextrinoid.

Type species: Phlebicolorata brevispora Authoroty.
