Notes – Phookamsak et al. (2019) introduced Paratrimmatostroma as a monotypic genus which resembles Trimmatostroma. However, they are phylogenetically distinct in that Paratrimmatostroma belongs to Parabambusicolaceae (Pleosporales, Dothideomycetes), whereas Trimmatostroma was recently treated in Mollisiaceae (Helotiales, Leotiomycetes).
