Notes – Pseudoastrosphaeriellopsis was introduced in Pseudoastrosphaeriellaceae by Phookamsak et al. (2019) based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses. The genus is similar to Pseudoastrosphaeriella with immersed, erumpent, uni-loculate, coriaceous, brown ascomata and short papillate asci, with trabeculate pseudoparaphyses (Phookamsak et al. 2015b), but differs in ascospore characters.
