Pathogenic on wood, bark and fruits of herbaceous or woody plants in terrestrial habitats. Sexual morph: undetermined.Asexual morph: Conidiomata (350–)400–500 μm wide, semi-immersed to immersed, globose, papillate or with a short cylindrical neck. Conidiomatawall composed of randomly arranged polygonal scleroplectenchyma cells. Conidiogenous cells welldifferentiated, cone-shaped. Conidia (3.5–)4–5 × 2–2.5(–3) μm, ovoid-oval to subcylindrical, eguttulate or with 1–2 minute guttules (from Boerema et al. 1994).
